Magdalena Radova

Impact & investment manager, Social entrepreneurship consultant

Magdaléna has 5+ years of experience in impact investing and social entrepreneurship, and currently works as an impact & investment manager at Tilia Impact Ventures, the first Czech investment fund focused on investing in social entrepreneurs. In her work, she focuses primarily on measuring and managing social impact and consulting early-stage projects across various sectors of sustainable business.

She has gained experience in impact investing in Luxembourg focusing on developing countries when working for a global microfinance fund (at Innpact) and also at institutional level (at the European Investment Bank), also working with individual impact angel investors (Tiime) and as a consultant for social entrepreneurship, especially supporting female entrepreneurs and advising in impact management.

She has served as a member of Board at educational NGO Prázdninová Škola Lipnice (CZ), Advisory Board of Pontis Foundation (SK), and as a founding member and advisory board of SoFarm NGO helping social farms become economically sustainable. She studied economics and finance at Charles University in Prague, and behavioural economics at Sorbonne university in Paris.
