Goran Medakovic

Goran Medakovic work as a senior advisor at the National Foundation for Civil Society Development in Croatia, where he brings together communities, institutions, and citizens who want to build a fairer, more open, and more inclusive society.

Over the years, he has helped shape programmes that encourage people to learn from each other and turn collaboration into lasting change. One of them, Community Potentials, started as a small idea and has grown into a space where local, intergenerational groups design and implement projects that improve everyday life in their communities.

With a background in Political Science and IT, he combines socio- political insight with data and digital tools to help design solutions that create real impact in communities.
