Founder and Manager of the Social Enterprise for the Elderly Creative Workshops "Silver Years"

Svetlana is working on the development of Social entrepreneurship in partnership with government structure and companies. She is also a civic activist and a happy mother of four children.
Svetlana was born in 1979 in the vicinity of Lake Baikal. She studied at Department of Cybernetics at the Irkutsk State Technical University. She also studied management at Baikal Academy of Economics and Law (Siberian region of Russia). Svetlana twice received advanced qualification improvement from Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration on “Сooperation between the structures of Government and the non-governmental organizations” (2019 and 2021).
Since 2011, she has been managing NGO organization in the private resource center for employment development “Svershenie”. Since 2015, Svetlana has been promoting social businesses of social vulnerable person’s employment.
In 2017, she founded a social enterprise – a center of productive employment for the elderly – “Creative workshops “Silver years”. The products of this social business are sold on the marketplace, website and also through the business communities.
Now Svetlana is speaking at relevant conferences, taking part in discussing legal initiatives on this topic, training of social entrepreneurs.
