Nikole Stolz

Nikole has been working in development cooperation for more than 20 years, leading national and international teams and managing a variety of country programs and projects in development cooperation and humanitarian aid. For a portion of her career, she has worked as a consultant in the field of Disaster Risk Reduction, building, leading, and helping to shape professional networks such as GNDR and the SWISS NGO DRR Platform. Her work continues to fascinate and challenge her, and she is eager to learn and expand her knowledge and skills. She strongly believes that sustainable change can only be achieved through strong alliances and partnerships.
