Muthoni is a PhD Candidate at Tangaza University College in Nairobi Kenya. Specializing in Social Transformation through Social Entrepreneurship, Muthoni is a tutorial fellow at Cooperative University of Kenya. She is the coordinator of Kinsmann Trust, a non profit focused on Sustainable Livelihoods, Youth Leadership Development and Climate action.
Muthoni has had international, regional and local humanitarian relief and development work experience with duty stations in England, Sudan, Somalia, Rwanda and Kenya. She has coordinated multi-sector donor funded projects. She champions intitiatives within juvenile corrective facilities including mentorship and public private partnership for community reintergration.
She has skill and experience in hostile environment security training. Muthoni has a strong interest in social impact particularly in life skill and character formations for youth; community based value addition, environmental action, social entrepreneurship and innovation, sustainable livelihoods and military families support.
