Seasoned Humanitarian and human rights specialist with over 20 years working with the UN in diverse situations globally including conflict situations, refugees, IDPs, statelessness and in varying capacities. Lynn also worked as a Senior Regional Global Advisor for Women and Children covering 15 countries in the Great Lakes, Horn of Africa and the East African regions.

Ms. Ngugi is a Senior Technical Global Advisor the African Institute for Children’s Studies and is a Member of the UNAIDS Advisory Group, (UNAG). Ms. Ngugi advises the UNAIDS Executive Director on Populations on the move, mixed migrations and persons affected by conflict and marginalised communities. Ms. Ngugi is interested in addressing challenges faced by marginalized women and girls and opportunities to better include young people in the global economic empowerment, gender equality diversity and age inclusion in development and social business efforts.
