Kristina Kroyer

Kristina works at HORIZONT3000- Austrian Organisation for Development Cooperation, where she has managed and coordinated projects and programmes such as the global Learning and Sharing Programme KNOW-HOW3000, the Consortium Project CSOs and Policy Dialogue in East Africa, and the Regional Programme Central America promoting gender equality, climate action and a strong civil society in the region.

She has become an expert on knowledge management and experience capitalization in organisational and project work, as well as on capacity development for CSO policy dialogue engagement. Kristina has a Master´s degree in International Development and a Bachelor´s degree in Transcultural Communication. She is an advocate for human and indigenous rights, drawing, among others, on her research experience with indigenous peoples in Brazil
