Eva Pavlikova

After almost twenty years in business, Eva found herself working for a non-profit organization. She still led people, using a can-do approach and common sense, but within a mission of social impact.

She co-founded and currently leads the organization Czech.Digital. They are a community of top developers, designers and production people who want to use their free time to help state and non-governmental organizations and make Czechia a better place to live.

The values that guide Eva’s work and life are trust, collaboration and transparency.
