Elik lives in Kiryat Tiv’on, Israel, is married and father to two amazing kids. He has been a social entrepreneur and activist since he remembers & was involved in so many initiatives in too many fields.
Formerly he was the CEO of Eretzir a NGO dealing with social entrepreneurship and social business and the CEO of Tene Yerushalmi working with youth before military service.
Today he is the Vice President social programs of Dualis fund for social investments which work with social business that employs underprivileged populations. He also serves as council member at Kiryat Tiv’on.
