Astrid Lendel

Astrid Lendl is a Changemaker originally from Klosterneuburg and Vienna, Austria. She studied International Business at the University of Vienna, with a brief stint at Concordia University in Montreal. Throughout her education, Astrid developed a keen interest in communication and politics, driven by a desire to make a positive impact on the world. This passion led her to participate twice in the Model European Parliament as part of the Austrian delegation and to consider a future in the diplomatic academy.

However, her aspiration to build a career while remaining in Vienna steered her toward international marketing, digital marketing, and change management at a multinational company in the FMCG and building sectors. Over a successful 15-year business career, Astrid faced both gradual and sudden changes in her personal life that prompted her to reconnect with her core values of justice, equality, and respect for one another and the planet.

Now, Astrid is dedicated to combining these values with her expertise in communication and change management to foster systemic change within society.
