Andrej Fric is a Croatian cultural manager and project leader who is dedicated to developing independent cinema and community initiatives.
Since 2019, he has been the director of Kino Zona in Zadar, overseeing film programming, event organization, and financial management. Since 2024, he has also led the Zadar Volunteer Center, promoting civic engagement and supporting the social inclusion of displaced persons from Ukraine.
Previously, he managed several EU-funded cultural and infrastructure projects, including the ZadrugArt initiative and a €6.3 million school reconstruction project. With a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Rijeka, Andrej combines strong organizational and leadership skills with a passion for culture and social impact. He is actively involved in local NGOs and international film networks, contributing to the growth of creative and inclusive communities.
