Agnieszka Franeczek

Agniezka is an accomplished Leader working for an Austrian Financial Institution. She has many years of experience in the field of Financing, Credit and Market Risk, Treasury, Bond Issuance, Consumer Lending. Throughout her career, she had the privilege of working on diverse integration projects and different areas of business, she spent many years abroad: in Serbia, Rumania and Hungary. This experience shaped her a lot, being more aware about cultural diversity.

She is the co-founder of an employee network: REACH  (“Race, Ethnicity and Cultural Heritage), promoting open, safe, and inclusive culture in her company. She is passionate about digitalisation, transformation and data, machine learning… She cares about natureand  next generations. One of her latest projects was to bring beehives on top of the rooftops in Vienna’s most urban areas, and to organise ecological workshops for social school classes.
