Christof Gruber-Harrich

Christof grew up on the Indian Ocean, travelled extensively after finishing school in Austria, lived in Colombia and Portugal, and worked in southern Africa. He studied business administration and sociology.

He worked as a management consultant for 25 years, first spending eight years at a large Austrian consulting firm (focusing on change management) and then working independently with a focus on culture change, brand development, and communication. Since 2021, he has also been a lecturer at a university of applied sciences.

Two years ago, he decided to do something more meaningful than consulting and develop digital education and empowerment programs for people in the third phase of life—specifically for those who are not the target audience of coaching or private training providers.
