The National Foundation for Civil Society Development (NFCSD) together with Ashoka Austria, invite leaders from Croatian NGOs, Foundations, Social Entrepreneurs, intrepreneurs from the public and private sector and their partners to apply for the Ashoka Visionary Program with transformative and system-changing projects and partnership ideas.
The program will be the place for you to grow personally and professionally, to build a community of peers, and to develop your ideas for cultivating social innovation and entrepreneurship within the organization you work for. You will receive a full stipend for participation worth € 10,000.
The Ashoka Visionary Program is a pioneering, part-time executive leadership program designed for changemakers across sectors — from social entrepreneurs to business leaders, NGO innovators, philanthropists, and public sector professionals. Over the course of nine months, participants dive into the frameworks, tools, and real-world strategies needed to create lasting social impact and lead systems change. Each edition brings together a diverse cohort in Vienna, offering hands-on learning with world-class social entrepreneurs (including several Ashoka Fellows) and cross-sector experts.
Since 2015, more than 300 changemakers from over 39 countries have completed the program, forming a powerful global alumni community committed to building a more equitable and sustainable world. Through the Visionary Program, participants gain exclusive access to Ashoka’s 40+ years of pioneering experience, practical toolkits, and global networks of changemakers, partners, and leading social entrepreneurs.

WHO CAN APPLY?
Executives, aspiring and established social entrepreneurs, changemakers, and leaders from any sector are welcome.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- A strong desire to become a thought leader and changemaker
- 5 years of changemaking experience
- Fluency in English
DURATION and FORMAT
- Part-time: 7 modules over 9 months from October 2025 to June 2026 in Vienna
- 15 days of in-class sessions
- ‘Thought partner’ and feedback sessions between modules.
COST:
- 10,000 EUR
- *3 full stipends are available for changemakers from Croatia via NFCSD
