Graduation of 10th Cohort of Visionary Program

“What I am sharing with you in this group is something I wasn’t able to admit even to myself”

✨ A powerful moment from the final module of this year’s Visionary Program – and a reflection of the deep trust built within this cohort.

Last week, we wrapped up our seventh and final session, focused on (re)defining our own stories as changemakers.

Throughout the program, we:
🔍 Explored changemaking in its many forms
🌍 Looked at systems change and mindset shifts
🐟 Learned how to scale impact – “big fish” or “many fishes”
💸 Examined funding for systems change
🤝 Practiced shared leadership within and beyond our teams

And finally, we asked ourselves:
What does this all mean for me?
Where can I create the most change?
What’s next for my organization – and for myself?

Rewriting your changemaker story is tough – but this cohort created a space of trust and support where everyone felt safe to explore, share, and grow.

A heartfelt thank you to Nadja Hahn, Jennifer Davison, Bea Robein, and Ricardo Parger – for guiding us through the “what” and “how” of storytelling, and for the thoughtful feedback you shared with each participant.

The graduation ceremony was full of emotion – laughter, tears, and a bittersweet sense of ending. But this isn’t goodbye: our first reunion is already set for September – in a mountain hut 🏔️❤️
