Birgit Radl-Wanko is Managing Director of younus, a social enterprise organizing mentoring relationships for disadvantaged children and parents. She has held several leadership positions in NGOs. Prior to her move to the social sector she gained 15 years of experience as consultant to private, public, and nonprofit organizations. She has designed and delivered leadership development programs for managers and high potentials, covering topics like leadership foundations, communication, conflict resolution, organizational culture, system dynamics, and systems thinking. Birgit holds degrees from WU Wien and the Harvard Kennedy School. She is passionate about creating opportunities for children regardless of their background.
